Program Loan

Executing agency for the program loan is the Ministry of Finance & the Local Government Division, Bangladesh

This program loan will support mainly-
reforms in urban water supply sector by assisting GoB in improving governance & management of urban water supply institutions, including pourashavas and WASAs.
improving local governance, & strengthening local institutional frameworkpreparing sector strategy
improving financial sustainability, strengthening DWASA governance, organizational structure, and financial management capacity.
